RETURNS POLICY

Les Bronson will accept returns for full-priced orders from 14 days of the delivery date. A claim must be made within the 14-day time frame for it to be considered for approval. All items are inspected when they are returned to our office. They must be:

- Unworn, unaltered and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- In their original condition and packaging
- With proof of purchase (must clearly show dates)

Any returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back at the customers expense.

Once the return order has been cleared we will issue the store credit or refund (excluding promotional discounts, taxes and duties and sale items) of the item price credited back to the method of payment used for purchase.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

We do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund

 

RETURN FREIGHT
We do not cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty, or we shipped the incorrect item. We are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

EXCHANGES

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to Les Bronson and email us at emporium@lesbronson.com for your exchange form.

We do not cover the send and return shipping charges for items that are being exchanged. 

 

REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from how the purchase was made. If the complete order is returned the refund will subtract delivery costs from Les Bronson to you.

Les Bronson shall reimburse the Customer within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer into the account used with the credit card bearing the Customer’s name.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

SWIMWEAR
Unless deemed faulty, we cannot refund or exchange these items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS(S)
We apologise if you have received a product that is regarded as faulty or damaged. If you believe the item you received is faulty, damaged or the quality if not in an acceptable state, then please contact us at emporium@lesbronson.com with photographs that clearly show the errors and also include the proof of purchase. Items that have not had the care guidelines properly followed are not considered the fault of Les Bronson. 

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

COLOURS AND PRINTS
Les Bronson does their best to present the colours and prints of the products on the online store. Please take into account that due to flash photography and different lighting and resolutions of computer monitors that they may not be displayed as accurately as the photographs when shown in person.

SALE ITMES
We do not issue refunds for sale items unless they are damaged or faulty.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Items that have been purchased using promotional codes for discounts will only be credited back as store credit.

STORE CREDIT
For all refunds in store credit we will email you a code. This can be applied on the checkout page at the promotional code.

AFTERPAY 
Items that have been purchased with Afterpay are only eligible for exchange or for store credit.

RETURN COSTS
Items that are shipped back to our office are at the customer’s expense. We recommend that the customer purchases parcel tracking for the item for their own peace of mind. Les Bronson does not take any responsibility for incoming deliveries that are deemed missing.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Original charges of international taxes and duties will not be refunded. Tax refunds can be obtained by contacting a local customs office.

REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Returns will not be accepted without authorisation. Contact emporium@lesbronson.com and we can help you start the process for your return/exchange. You will be sent a form to complete and send back. Please include up to 1-2 days for processing. Returns will be sent to our warehouse in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. The following details must be included:

- Order ID and any tracking information
- A copy of the purchase invoice
- Reason of return
- If this is for an exchange, please include the information of the product you would like to exchange it for. These can only be granted on stock availability.

On return of the Product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.
